“I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Gilson’s. Initially, I was looking for a polished pewter base to match a trophy that we purchased for an award. The diameter of the base didn’t seem to match the size of any bases available. Stacy was very diligent in trying to find a base that matched the dimensions of my trophy. She stayed in touch and kept me abreast of any/all updates.
Lauren suggested that I submit the trophy so that you could size and provide the appropriate base. I felt a little discouraged when I informed her that we no longer had the trophy, but had already given it to the first winner. She, however, came up with some wonderful suggestions of other options which were more than pleasing to my boss. We ended up going with a base made of rosewood and we’re going to put pewter plaques (which was also a suggestion of Lauren’s) around the four sides of the base.
Their input was very helpful and most appreciated. I’ve expressed to them my appreciation, but thought I’d take it one step further and let someone else that my not be aware, how valuable they are to your business. I will definitely use/recommend you guys for business in the future!”
