We guarantee the quality of all items purchased from ExecutiveAwards.com.

If your trophy, plaque, award, or gift item arrives to you broken or damaged, simply return it for a replacement. Be sure to keep the original product container. For best results, use the packaging your order arrived in, and send your items back to us (address below). We will credit your account for any shipping expenses you incur.

If you need to return your purchase for a refund, please send us a copy of your invoice along with your order, and upon receipt of your returned order, we will credit your account for the value of the merchandise,.
